Problem with recurring events

I looked for examples for gantt. The problem is when i data which is repeated periodically namely an activity may be carried out on a daily basis once a week once a month, at certain day, on Monday, Tuesday, etc. does not know how to make this work with conditional formatting.

I am not clear what you are trying to do
If you have outlook do it in that, it works fine
If not I would have to see excel sheet to see what the problem is
