Question Conditional Formatting OF Each Row Of Data

    Hi,

What I'm trying to do is to conditionally format a row of data i.e. column 'A' to 'O' based on the
corresponding value in column 'M' which is triggered by the drop down selection in column 'N' combined with a formula column 'M'

e.g. in cell 'N2' the following options are available (via data validation) :-

    'Assume OK'

    'AT RISK'

    'Complete'

    'Exclude From Reporting'

    'FAIL'

    'OK'

    'PCN In'

    'PCN Out'

    which returns the following values retrospectively in cell 'M2' i.e. 'P, 'R', 'P', 'X', 'F', 'P', 'P', 'O'

I've managed to conditionally format row 2 successfully but stumped on how to replicate the conditional formatting down the rows to row 29 (please see attached Example file)

Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated

    Many thanks in advance

    Regards

    Try this.
    =$M2="P"

    Remove $ before 2
