If then loop that calls filename of image within userform

I have a userform (titled Userform1) that has an image (titled Image1) embedded in it. I'd like to write an if then loop that works based on the filename of the picture that is contained within the image. Something like this:

I apologize for being so archaic, but I am lost! haha Any ideas how I might be able to accomplish this?

As far as I know, as soon as you embed an image in a UserForm, the original name is lost, unless you store the name somewhere. There are many places to store the name, including:
a. A spreadSheet Cell
b. A UserForm Control TextBox or Label which can be visible or hidden.
