Nested IF AND OR

Hello,

I have =IF(AND(E3="Motability",H3>0),"PROBLEM","")

but wish to add IF E3 Contains either "Motability" OR "£150 Special" and H3>0 then display PROBLEM

But cant make it work however I try to write the formula.

Ideas please

Try =IF(AND(OR(E3="Motability",E3="£150 Special"),H3>0),"PROBLEM","")
