Have cell automatically add the current date and time and fill color when you click on it.

I have a scheduling tool for assembly workers that I made in Excel 2013. I need the operators to be able to click on the designated cell (when they are done with the Sub assembly) and the cell will then automatically insert the current date and time and also allow the operator to enter their name all in the same cell. I have entered the data manually in the cells to show as an example of what it supposed to look like in the attached file below. Please help.
