Need ideas to extract information with specific criteria

Hello Everyone,

I'm looking for ideas on how to streamline my PM scheduling reports. The first sheet is were I enter the PM assigned to our department. I'd like to set it up where the Assignment and completed sheets fill in the data based on the work week and on whether the PM is labeled "assigned" or "completed" on the task_entry sheet. What would be the best way to about this? Any examples would be greatly appreciated.
