Entia non sunt multiplicanda sine necessitate
It all depends what you mean by wanting people to 'use (it) at the same time'.
Users after the first user can open a read only copy at any time. What they can't do is change anything and save it as the same name. They can save it with another name.
If however you mean you want to use the inbuilt workbook 'Sharing' functionality then the general advice you'll get here is don't!
If you tell us how the users want to operate their system then maybe we can suggest an alternative.

i took the tables out but now my macros wont work, the macros i have are a login userfrom and a userform to insert data in the worksheet
I have 1 workbook that has as macro from a login, with the login they can access only a specific worksheet for the user, in the worksheet there is another userform to input some information and it inserts that information to the worksheet, what I want to put this workbook in a network so the different users can have access to it and fill in their worksheet, it is possible that more than one user will fill in the information at the same time.
The problem with the workbook Sharing functionaity comes if different users want to change the same cell. There has to be an arbiter as to which change should take precedence. There are many things you can't do when the Workbook is shared and personally I always find them more trouble than they are worth.
If users have their own individual data sets that need managing then consider letting them all have their own individual workbooks and use a macro to gather information from all the daughter workbooks to a summary mother workbook.
what do i need to do for the protect/unprotect sheet and activeworkbook to work when sharing function is activated?
i have the codes protect/unprotect sheet and activeworkbook all around my macro
The problem with everyone having there own individual workbook is that there is a data base were the userform gets the information witch is how everyone inputs the information to the worksheet, i would have to make a data base on each worksheet, or can i have 1 workbook with all the data and have the userform from diferent workbooks get there information off of that workbook?
Did you follow the link that shg provided? And, if you did, did you read the limitations?
In a shared workbook, you cannot
Protect or unprotect worksheets or the workbook

I can't see any reason why you can't open a Read-Only copy of the Master data workbook. I'd be inclined to open the Master workbook and make a copy of the relevant information and paste it into a hidden sheet in the user's workbook.can i have 1 workbook with all the data and have the userform from diferent workbooks get there information off of that workbook?
