Skipping Rows, Transposing Data, and Who Knows What Else!

I am working with data downloaded from a reporting software and I need to reformat it so it can be analyzed. The problem I am having is transposing it from Columns to rows, skipping blank cells, and other stuff I don't even know how to accurately explain. I am not an expert at Excel by any means, and I am having a hard time figuring this out. Attached is a sample of the current spreadsheet, and what it needs to look like.

These are only two of the approx. 6,000 incidents that I need to do. Any help that someone could provide would be most appreciated.

    Thanks again,
    RC

    RC,

One option (no code) is to use formulas on sheet2...

    In B3-G3...

This assumes the same amount of records (12) and spacing.

If you need a VBA solution, then that would require more time.

How can i use the transpose function from rows to columns by skipping every 2 columns and fill the third, ( or is there a better way to do it with another formula?)

    exp.

    Apple
    Orange
    Peach

Apple blank blank Orange blank blank Peach
