How to copy & paste with hidden rows?

I can't copy & paste on a spreadsheet with filter.

Spreadsheet are basically just the same.

But there is another column on spreadsheet 1 that is encoded with values(just text)
and i can't paste it on the masterfile with the same filter and all.
I have 700+ texts to paste but it only captures 46 texts.

    This is with excel 365.

In the past i'm having no problem with excel 2007 - 10.
I'm using the alt +; and paste special (skip blanks)

    now its not working.

Please help me and i dont want the spreadsheet converted to macro or use codes.

Since i copy and paste in a daily basis with hidden rows.

    Hello EXCELBENCH,

Try; Select the range to copy (it will include the hidden rows within your selection), now click on Find & Select in the Ribbon > Go to Special and check Visible cells only > Ok > Click on Copy, select where you want to Paste the Data to, and then Click on Paste.

    Done!

    Regards.

    Hi Winon,

    Actually it's the same logic when using Alt + ;
And I'm using those when my workbook was still 2007 but now its 365 it won't do the trick.

Btw, I'm copying from 1 workbook to another but they are the same.

Hope someone can help me since this is part of my job.

    Thanks,

Apply the filter. I filtered out rows 3,4,5 and 7. Select the entire range and copy. Select the cell that you want the upper left corner of the copy to be placed - under the original data or on another worksheet but not within the same rows as the filtered data if on the same worksheet.

Click on Paste Special, Skip Blanks, OK.

There are many different paste options in Excel, i think you will need to use the paste formula option. I found the following really helpful when I started using Excel. https://www.trainingconnection.com/e...g-formulas.php
