Finding the value in cell

I would like to find the value in column A and then I found the match move the cursor over to neighbor cell in B. So if I find 222 in A2 move cursor over to B2 and be ready to take input there

is it possible to add...

once i enter something in cell in B...move cursor over to column c and manually enter that same value and if value is not same prompt me to enter it again
