Index Match Function? Looking for a posisble Vlookup with multiple conditions

I was trying to use an Index/Match formula, but I think I am doing something wrong. In the attached sheet I will have pasted/imported data. The data in column J will remain constent and so will row 1 for K,L,M. I entered text in where I would want the formula and what the result should be to make it simple to understand as my explaintaion is not very clear. So I want the formula in to match column J2 to the array (column A) & K2 to E2 and give me the corresponding data. I hope the sheet at leasts makes sense.

I was hoping to us an Index/Match formula or a similar type of formula verses a macro or anything too complicated for me so I at least understand it.

Thanks for any help on this.

committed with Ctrl-Shift-Enter rather than just Enter. You'll see curly brackets if you've done it correctly.

    Copy down and across.

Ahh! That was my problem. The Ctrl-Shift-Enter! I still don't understand that aspect, but I will do some research. Thanks that worked perfectly.

    I overdid it I think

Enter into K2 using Ctrl Shift Enter and then fill down and to the right.

    Formula: copy to clipboard
