VBA urgent save! 'Select a column' and hide the others

Hi guys,

I've got an urgent scenario of template to produce, and I've got the source codes from a gentleman on the forum, however I just cannot make it work when I paste it to an adjusted template.

Can anyone help please?

I'm trying to achieve something like
There is a cell for selection of value
When I select level 1, only column with level 1 remains, and the other four levels gets hidden
I have a template with codes that work, but when I apply that to the destination template, it just won't work..

Your input is great appreciated!

Thanks so much for your codes mate.

It works very well with a clean spreadsheet, but when I paste them into my destination spreadsheet, which is exactly the same, it just wouldn't work. I guess something is corrupt with my old version.

Additionally, if I want to hide a certain column (a calculation column) regardless of whichever level I choose, is this doable?

Now when I select a new level, all hidden columns would reappear..

Maybe the colomn headers are not in row 17 in other sheet ?

Hey Leo,

Yeah they are in row 17. That's where got me confused, since I spent a while testing them. But the problem is solved when I started a new document with your coding.

I'm curious, if I want to hide certain columns, say the ones used to do vlookup or calculation (Column Y,W,Z), how do I hide them when one of the levels is selected?

Currently, if I select any level, all hidden columns are revealed...
