    Multiple rows data into one row and different sheets

    Greetings All

    kindly note before reading

    Pardon the English, not my first language.

    This link contains the excel data dump is dummy data, due to confidential nature of data i cannot share the original however replaced using formulas and supplements the original values

    i need help in sorting out data for mail merge which is recurring monthly.

    i have to email all my retailers nationwide to ask them if the members data is valid and if there is any changes in the data.

    i have to extract the data for each customer and have it arranged into single rows against every retailer, i.e

    customer ID "aaaab.aaa1" and number of members "1" and his rest of the information in that row, which is already in sorted in the data

    now i have many retailers that have more then 1 number of members. i,e aaa.aaab101 have data of two separate members in two different rows.

    these two or more then two customers data need to appear in single row respectively i.e, customer ID "aaa.aaab101" have two members Customer 191 and Customer 195. first data set of Customer 191 followed by Customer 191
    same applied for 3, 4, 5 till 10 members.

    further more the data for number of customers need to appear in separate sheets, i.e 1 member in "1 member sheet", 2 members in "2 member sheet", 3 member in "3 member sheet" and so on. sample is included in the file

    Use the sheet 'May-16' a help column, R column, the formula
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    for the 'costumer ID' with a prefix equal to the sequence of members that constitute it.
    Create the necessary sheets to transfer the desired information.
    In each of the sheets helps create two columns, columns U and W.
    Use the U column formula (U2: U711)

    V1 is the number of members

    the solution provided address to half of what result i am looking for.

    the resulting data set is in rows with respect to name member to single customer.

    what I am hoping is data set for single customer id (Column C) and data of two or more then two members need to show in that single row one after another. (kindly view sample sheet in original "source data" file.
