i need help in sorting out data for mail merge which is recurring monthly.
i have to email all my retailers nationwide to ask them if the members data is valid and if there is any changes in the data.
i have to extract the data for each customer and have it arranged into single rows against every retailer, i.e
customer ID "aaaab.aaa1" and number of members "1" and his rest of the information in that row, which is already in sorted in the data
now i have many retailers that have more then 1 number of members. i,e aaa.aaab101 have data of two separate members in two different rows.
these two or more then two customers data need to appear in single row respectively i.e, customer ID "aaa.aaab101" have two members Customer 191 and Customer 195. first data set of Customer 191 followed by Customer 191
same applied for 3, 4, 5 till 10 members.
further more the data for number of customers need to appear in separate sheets, i.e 1 member in "1 member sheet", 2 members in "2 member sheet", 3 member in "3 member sheet" and so on. sample is included in the file
