Email through Outlook using an Excel list.

I have a list of birthdays. It contains all the necessary data including of course, the birth date, name and email address. I would like to send an attachment (birthday card), automatically, to the person who will have the birthday. Has anyone got any idea how to go about getting this job done?

Re: Email through Outlook using an Excel list.

Thanks as your answer did solve part of my problem. The other part of the problem is that every ecard I want to send must be sent the day before the birthday occurs. Say if the birthday falls on 1st August, the ecard would automatically be emailed on 31st July or at least at the beginning of the month.
I have in mind that to set excel starts and runs with Windows, so that part of the automation can be easily be taken care of. Any ideas?

Thanks once again. I think I got it but now I have ended with three files. I shall put them to work together and post the reply over here later on this month. Thanks all your help.
