I want dependent dropdown to show in site & product colum if i choose a specific company

I have 2 sheets, first is my database entry sheet named price list where I enter all the details, company name, site name, material name and price and 2nd sheet is tracking sheet, as and when there is collection we enter in sheet 2, but I want a drop down list for company name, site name & material name in such a way that if I select company name in tracking sheet, it should give me only those sites which are under that company name listed in price list sheet. and same with Material name.

Pls help I am not able to attach excel hence putting screen shots.

Data validation using the INDIRECT function is a good way of doing this - it takes a bit of setting up but works very well.

Thank you for your reply but the problem is every time I have to make a new list cause if there is any update on the company name and site name and product name I have to manually include it in the list, but I want something which can use my existing data base format in price list and the second sheet gives a drop down with the new ones as well. I hav attached my excel file
