    Excel Cell To Show Product Price But With A Minimum Price

    Hi

    We have a SAAS product that up to 1000 users will be £99 per month, this means if they have 100 users, 500 users or 1000 users the price is still £99 per month.

    But once they go over 1000 users then the price goes up, so for example 1100 users would be £109 per month i.e. 10% more...

    What I need is the cell formula or formatting that will show this figure based on the input cell of users ?

    Can anyone help and thanks so much

    Mike

    Assuming the number of users is in cell A1:

    Formula: copy to clipboard
    =IF(A1<=1000,A1*99,A1*109)
    ?

    Hi,

    Not sure whether the price is variable but with the number of users in A1 try

    Formula: copy to clipboard
    =MAX(99,99+A1-1000*10%)

    If not upload an example workbook and manually enter some example results for differing numbers of users and prices if relevant.

    Try this.

    Assuming A1 has the number of users.

    =INDEX({99;109},MATCH(A1-0.001,{0;1000},1))
