Extract Items from a list with specifc criteria order

1st column (A) I' have data
2nd column (B)i have a unique list that is the "Criteria list"
3rd column (C) is the result I try to Achive

In cell C2 I need a formula that allows me to look up in Colulmn A, see the criteria in column B and than the result in Colum C including Duplicate

I see no relation between column C and columns A and B. Can you explain why in row 1 there is 1, in second 1 but in third 9 etc.

I dident expalin very well, I'm from Albania my English is poor

I Dont need a fromula in B2 because i've allready the unique list
But i need the formula Only i C2, so I have to extract all the duplicates that are in Column A and the criteria is the list in colum B
