inserting rows with formulas and formatting

Ok so I have a worksheet that I use as tracking sheet for a specific workout program. Each workout program as multiple tracking sheets. So in order to not have hundreds of sheets. I combined the tracking sheets for a specific program onto one sheet with a drop down box that controls the visibility of the various tracking sheets. Workout 1 has range of 9 to 50, Workout 2 has range of 52 to 100, Workout 3 has range of 102 to 150

I want to add a button (I know how to add the button) with a macro that will add another day to the tracking sheet. This would mean copying just the formatting and formulas from the day above and inserting it in below it. By doing this, this would change the range of Workout 1 to 9 to 54 so that macro would need to update every time a day gets added to the tracking sheets.

I would like all of this to work dynamically and constantly be up to date and have the user be able to add as many workout days to their log.

Your post does not comply with Rule 8 of our Forum RULES. Do not crosspost your question on multiple forums without including links here to the other threads on other forums.

Cross-posting is when you post the same question in other forums on the web. The last thing you want to do is waste people's time working on an issue you have already resolved elsewhere. We prefer that you not cross-post at all, but if you do (and it's unlikely to go unnoticed), you MUST provide a link (copy the url from the address bar in your browser) to the cross-post.

Expect cross-posted questions without a link to be closed and a message will be posted by the moderator explaining why. We are here to help so help us to help you!

Read this to understand why we ask you to do this, and then please edit your first post to include links to any and all cross-posts in any other forums (not just this site).
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools

Have not looked at your file (yet), but have you considered using Structured Tables for this?

Structured tables?

I post on multiple forums so that it gets maximum exposure. Most of the time it only gets answered in one thread.

Also i posted these from my phone so to copy the link multiple times and go back and forth is so difficult. When i get to a comp in a few days i can post links

Structured tables?
On the Insert tab/tables, click on Table
Play around with it, it can be very useful.

Pretty much all forums have this same rule, hopefully you took the time to read my explanation as to why we have a rule against posting links to other forums where you ask the same thing?
continued not complying with this rule could get you removed from some forums
