Help positioning picture comments

Hello all..

I've added a picture for a comment and I'm having issues positioning the popup picture. For example, if I place a picture comment in cell C5, when hovering, the whole picture shows up, however, if i place a picture in C25, and without scrolling down in the spreadsheet, only the top part of the picture shows, the rest is below and out of sight. I'd like it so no matter where the cell is located, the entire picture comment always shows in the main part of the screen. I've tried "moving with cells", "not moving.." etc. but it's not working. Hope this question makes sense..

Is this even possible?
