Hello. I have a cell with what I believe are identical values. I write this formula =C11=D5 but it comes up as false. Am I writing formula wrong dong?
Hello. I have a cell with what I believe are identical values. I write this formula =C11=D5 but it comes up as false. Am I writing formula wrong dong?
2 thing to look at:
Are there any spaces in one of the cells?
Is there a number formated as text?

Also is one a VALUE but the other a TEXT.

Also, check how many decimals are displayed:

C11 = 1.0001
D5 = 1.0000
But if they are formatted to two decimals of precision, they will both display 1.00 while still being different numbers.
