Is there a quick way to jump to a spreadsheet?

I have a workbook with many, many sheets, which of course make it so you have to scroll across for a while to get back and forth. Is there an easy way to go back and forth between two spreadsheets which are very far apart from each other?

I'd like to be able to go from, for example, sheet 2 right to sheet 40. Is there a way to do this?

Right-click on the scroll bars to the left of the sheet tabs and select from the list.

Thanks for the link. That looks like it'll come in handy.

It gave me a good idea though which will work for my purposes. I'm simply going to make a hyperlink on each sheet pointing to the other sheet.
