urgent please need totals of percent

hi all

we have just been givern a new bonus scheme and i need help with a formula before a meeting tomorrow

we have totals each day of calls visited and will get a % on how many calls a day

please see file attached

eror colum F should be 90% not 900%

It's not clear what you want to appear in columns E to H - please elaborate, with reference to the first few values in column D.

but cannot work out how to add the other conditions
