    Question Conditional Formatting Issue

I am having an issue where my "applies to" column is blank, where as it should be the same as the as the rows above it. Is this some kind of conditional formatting overload? Here is what I am trying to do, I have a list of names in a drop down list, and when I pick a name I want the selected area to be the color that I assigned to the name. Is there a better way than conditional formatting, so then I can avoid the conditional formatting overload?

    Re: Conditional Formatting Issue

Do you mean you aren't able to enter an address or a range name in those 'applies to' boxes?

If so please upload the workbook so that we may see in context

    Re: Conditional Formatting Issue

If you're talking about the cell A2 on Sheet P1 ALL the conditional fornmats refer to A2:K2, no blank ranges at all

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.
