Can't create lines that passes through a particular data point

    Hi guys,

This is a very simple question that I'm sure most of you will be able to help me out.

Referring to the spreadsheet I sent you, you'll see a yellow box highlighting the values of the OMC and MDD. I tried plotting those two data points on the graph and the point comes out to be really small in comparison to the other OMC data point (highlighted in red). How do I make it larger and why is it doing that?

Also, for the OMC/MDD data point, how do I create a vertical and horizontal dashed line that meets the OMC/MDD data point?

Thanks guys. Your help will be much appreciated.

If I understand correctly, it is because of Excel's "automatic" choice for these data series' markers. It is automatically choosing the little "tick mark" markers, which appear smaller than the other markers. This should be easily changed by going into the "format data series" dialog and changing the marker options from "automatic" to whatever marker you want to use. https://support.office.com/en-us/art...1-363fad4c60fd

The usual strategy is to add negative error bars to this point and format them as desired (-100% and formatted as dashed lines). https://support.office.com/en-us/art...5-864049a145f0
