Question How to copy duplicated data and transfer next to first data placed

I have a spreadsheet with nearly 200,000 details on it... some are duplicated, some are not duplicated. The data is set into months and I'm trying to find out how many times they have shown up through the 12 months in the spreadsheet.

I know how to highlight duplicated cells to see which are duplicated.

I just want to find an easier way of going through the duplicated ones, copying the data then pasting it next to the first order made. My goal is too find out how many times they are duplicated and also see when the duplicated orders where made.

I don't know If this makes any sense, or If there is a way of doing this, But any help would be massively grateful!

    Thanks,

    Tom
