Need auto filter to return only characters searched. Want to pull 5ML and not get 25ML

When I filter on an exact value I only want to see that value and not ones it may be a part of.

Ex: filter value 5ML and it returns anything with 5ml which I don't want.

    Any help is much appreciated

Hello, I didn't explain clearly. Sorry.
I used the "Text Filters" feature and the "Contains" option to filter on 5ML. I understand how "contains" logic would return 15ml etc but was wondering if there any characters I could use with the 5ml so that only 5ml is returned. Thank you for your help.

Can you not just use the "equals" option within Text Filters and type in 5ml?
