How to read the report from MS Office 2016 tools - Spreadsheet compare 2016

I try to compare 2 excel files through MS Office 2016 Tools - Spreadsheet Compare 2016 and below is the result, but I don't understand what it means. Can anyone explain to me please?

It appears that the highlighted items are properties that differ between the two sheets. For example, one is protected and the other isn't.
