If I want to delete cell from lower side then sum should automatically shift upwards under last cell.

Select the cells to delete and right click - select delete. You will then get a dilog box asking you if you want to shift cells up.

Can't it be done automatically rather than doing manually every time.
Possibly, but you'd need some form of VBA for that, I expect, and I can't help you with that - sorry. It might be worth going back and editing the title of your first post to include "macro or VBA solution?" to flag this up.
Hi, welcome to the forum
I am a little confused as to what you are deleting?
A B 1 1 2 2 3 4 4 7 5 8 622 (sum) 22
Do you mean you want to delete rows 4 & 5, or $. 5 AND 6?
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you
