#VALUE! error

Cell B3 displays the SubTotal via the following calculation:

Where B26 is the number or quantity ordered and H26 is the dollar cost of a single quantity.

Cell B3 that contains the SubTotal displays the #VALUE! error unless there is a value loaded in cell H26.

How can I have cell B3 not display the #VALUE! error when cell H26 is not displaying a value?
