How to convert data in two coumn in to one row and / in beetween

I Attached herewith one file
in sheet 1 has data in in sheet 2

1. at C1 i want those 3 bill numbers and / in beetween which are agianst that cheque no. and date
2. st D1 i want "SDF" which is bank name aginst that cheque no. and date
which formula i need to use
Experts please guide

The only way I can see to do this is with a UDF. An array formula would be nice if you could concatenate the result - but you can't!

here's the file too. Just use the formula = join(a1,b1) where A1 is the cell reference with the cheque number and B1 is the cell reference with the date - se ethe file attachment for how it works. I'm not sure if there were any examples where the cheque number was split over multiple dates but that's how you showed it so it checks both
