    All possibilities for two tables?

    Hello,

I have two tables: Rootstock and Scion. The Rootstock table is a list of grapevine rootstocks. The scion table is a list of grapevine cultivar and scion combinations. Each unique scion combination is listed by row. Together a cultivar and clone combination makes a unique scion which can be combine with any rootstock.

I would like to merge these two tables into one master table where every combination of rootstock and scion is listed by row.

Can anyone help guide me on how best to go about this? I thought about copy and paste to just get this done, but in time I will likely have to make edits to the list, and I would prefer a more automated system.

    Thank you,

I don't see a common field to merge these two ranges/tables on. Can you provide a sample of what the expected results should look like. Not sure what your merged file should look like. A little more detail to understand how to approach this?

    Of course, thanks for asking.

I uploaded the wrong rootstock table. An updated, and simplified rootstock table is attached.

To clarify, here is an example of the final product I am thinking of (EXCELHELP_Merged_Rootstock&Scion).

There are workbook that will generate all combinations of two or more columns athttps://app.box.com/s/47b28f19d794b25511be.

You need to add formulas that get all of the other information from the two tables.

I'm not sure what the values is of generating 15,000 rows of very repetitive data.
