Hello. Create this formula for powerpivot. Can anyone tell me what is wrong with it? Thanks?

I thought upper/lower case was VERY important in Power Queries and the M Language. Does if need to be IF?
If I remember I always got this wrong as I like "If" but I think it needs to be a lower case "if".
THEN you need to have the "then" in your "if" statement. It is completely different than the Excel formula. You need to put in the word "then" and "else" if needed.
