Multiple Criteria to find right value

Hi All,

I'm having trouble creating a formula that will reference customer table [see below] that has 3 criteria and using those 3 criteria matching them up to a currency FX table [see below] I have where i want to drop in the currency found in the table based on the 3 criteria in the customer table.

So in this case, i want the correct currency to be added to the right of the "currency" column in the customer table, coming off of the FX table below. The FX table can change layout below, the customer table cannot due to having 10000+ rows.
