Need to evaluate results by day of the week

I need to add every Monday, every Tuesday, and so on. I want to look at our results for the year by day of the week, e.g. Which day is our best day? which day is our worst? How do the days of the week rank from best to worst?

I have tried sumproduct but can't figure out the formula. Thanks for the help. I attached an example of the data.
