Pivot table changing the order of my raw data?

I have a pivot table on Sheet 2, pulling from Table1 on Sheet 1. This is a QA report with questions in a certain order. The pivot table is only changing one question in the order and I can't figure out how to fix this! Any ideas?

Order it's in on my raw data sheet:
Greeting/Answer time requirements met
Verification requirements met
Proper tone was used throughout call
Empathy and acknowledgement throughout call
Ownership & Agenda throughout call
Triple Check/Retention offered
Used tools effectively
Membership acknowledged or offered
Refrained from making negative statements
Appropriate hold/dead air time used - Asked permission to place on hold and thanked for holding upon return
First Call Resolution and completed requested changes on all platforms
Was the account documented correctly in Sag
Did the agent go Above & Beyond to generate enthusiasm or loyalty toward company?
Call summary/follow up/email option offered
Call closing requirements met
