Dropdown list not working

Hello,

I have modified an excel template by adding dropdowns by means of data validation. It does work on my computer where the file was modified, but does not work on any other computers where it is opened.

My Excel version is 2010 and OS is Windows 7. other users' using same version..

Please advise how i can have other users access the drop downs.

Hi rajeshn_in,

If the dropdown validation is a table on your machine and in your file, the other machines might not be able to see the table.

Is your dropdown a List? Is it a Named Range or a constant array? We really need more info about what you have and what others have to give a better answer.

If your DD is in the same file, then it should work no matter where it is opened.

Can you upload a small (clean) sample workbook (not a pic) of what you are working with, and what your expected outcome would look like.
