Convert minutes (in decimal form) to hours (in decimal form)

I'm trying to convert minutes to hours....minutes are already in decimal............

Would I divide the minutes by 60 or by 1440?

A1 B1
Total Call Minutes Total Call Hours
57.2 =A1/60 or =A1/1440 ???
