I have two vlookups for calculating charges, I am looking Vlookup or any other formula where, calculation will be done as per narration mentioned in "B" Column "Nature Bill" at present, manually i am changing formula

Try
I2=IF(E2=F2,(VLOOKUP(F2,Sheet2!B:E,4,0)*H2),(VLOOKUP(F2,Sheet2!B:E,4,0)*H2-(VLOOKUP(E2,Sheet2!B:E,4,0)*H2))) and drag down!
