Date Format Change

As per attached file can you please let me know how i can change format of below date.

In what way do you want to change the format? The dates in the attachment are in the same format ...

Yes they are in same format but not in Date format...

I don't understand what you are asking. Please be clear. The column in the spreadsheet is set to date format.

If you see that column Cell is that showing as Text ... But i want that to change in Date format

For example Below date which is shown as

"Feb 3 2016 5:44PM "

I want to show this by "03-02-2016"

I just go to format cell and in custom formatting applied that format.
Can you please send that attachment by applying that same in another cell

Well, I'm sorry, but I don't have time to do it for you. All of those cells have the same formatting applied to them. You need to explain clearly what you mean by "it will not serve my purpose", and hopefully someone else will help you out.
