Can I use Vlookup to return multiple values and then get average?

I have attached a sample sheet. I am trying to figure out how to average each persons grades and goals from each weekly table into a monthly summary. If the names were in the same order all of the time it would be easy, but they are not. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks!

I'm not sure if the Monthly Total table has different names in for a reason or if it's just an error. I'm guessing the latter. So assuming this is the case and it should show Steve, Jen and John in whichever order, try this in cells B33 and copy down and across:

See attached using the =AVERAGEIF formula in cells B33:C35.
