    Separating text from a single cell, HELP!

    Hi -

    This is what I currently have in ONE CELL :

    1) FIRE*||*WATER*||*ICE
    2) ROCK*||*SNOW
    3) FIRE*||*SNOW

    the three above are 3 separate lines in EXCEL.

    What i need is to separate them and i have fire to have its own cell, water, ice and etc.

    essentially the column should read:
    FIRE
    WATER,
    ICE,
    ROCK
    SNOW
    etc

    everything in its own cell.

    THANKS!
