help with unique count

Hello. I have customers and renewals, but there are duplicate instances in my list. I want to isolate each customer and each renewal decision AND/OR count ALL UNIQUE customers and ALL UNIQUE renewals. Thanks. Spreadsheet attached.

For unique customers. Use the Unique option on the Advanced Filter

I used that technique on the attached file and the numbers come up the same as yours. My output is in G9:I14

With formulas in the total rows.
