how to copy cells on excell and paste the info into separate cell on a webpage

hello i'm not an excel expert and i'm this is not my native language so in going to try to describe the issue the best i can. i need to copy specific cells and paste the info in to a web base program. but i need to paste the info in to separate cells as well, example, in my worksheet i have a cell called transfer, another return, another credit , so i need to copy the numbers on those cells(just one total number per cell) and paste the info in to the same way but in to a web base page(the page is like filling a survey)i can move around the page using tabs, so every time I copy the info, when i tried to paste it , everything goes to the same space, and i need to fill different spaces, with the specific info.how do i do that... i really hope you understand and i hope you can help me.
