how to make the command line to import the txt file to the excel?

I get a log file which format is txt like :

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

Every time I get the log file I copy the whole content and paste it in the excel, which is very boring when the amout of the log file become very large.
I search on the web find this:

but I can't find import command in it.

So is there a way to import the txt file to excel by using command line ?

Is it not enough to simply include the file path/filename as indicated by the first switch?
