Moving A Cell Up Two Rows Using Macro/VBA/Code

Hello All,

I want to be able to move a cell using code.

The cell has a defined name of CELLTOBEMOVED

How would I go about moving CELLTOBEMOVED and its contents up two rows.

This must be done using a macro/code referring to the cell name as it isn't always in the same location (It may be A1, A28, A36 etc etc.)
