Conditional Formatting using time; excel 2010

I am wanting to have conditional formatting using time based on the scheduled time and the actual time. I will require several conditions. A1 is scheduled time and A2 is actual time. A2 is the cell to format where 10 minutes prior to 5 minutes after A1 would be green. Or, A2 is greater than or equal to +6 minutes of A1. Or, A2 is less than or equal to -11 minutes of A1.
