Creating relationships between tables (excel 2003)

I am needing to auto populate fields in the table in Sheet1 from information entered in Columns F through J in Sheet2. The information entered in the "Date" column of Sheet2 must translate to the correct "Date" in Sheet1, also the number of entries on Sheet2 may vary each day.
