You need to explain more clearly what you want to achieve.

I can't think of any other way to compare graphically than to use conditional formatting to show the differences.

Attached is a first attempt to show green shading (in the lower table) where there are matches and red in either table showing where one number is the lesser of the corresponding number in the other table
