    Copy - Paste Button

    Hello excelites!

I would like to ask if there's any way where we can have a COPY Button in one sheet and a PASTE button on a separate sheet....

I am working with excessive amount of data and my team mate is only sending me a secondary sheet where i copy-paste it on my primary sheet. Both files have the same template but the data changes every 3 days depending on the number of deliveries.

I would like the Secondary Sheet to have a copy button where it will copy the cells in B6:F50, B56:F106, I6:M50, and I56:M106 and then on the Primary Sheet it will paste it on the same cells as well.

That doesn't seem necessary, one code should do it.

    Re: Copy - Paste Button

Hello sir and thanks for the response...

So in the Primary Sheet I just need to press CTRL + V in the keyboard?

But would it be okay if there was a PASTE Button instead?

    *POST EDITED*

I tried to use the code with a COPY button but it doesn't work with the Primary Sheet when I pressed CTRL + V... I also tried to put another button on the Primary Code after using the same principle above... but unfortunately, there's no progress either.. here's the code I used...

    PS:

What if the "Secondary Sheet" sheet name was altered, will the code still work? or should the sheet name be changed back to "Secondary Sheet"?

You just run the code, it will copy and paste for you. The sheet names in the code need to match the actual sheet names exactly.

    Re: Copy - Paste Button

I see... So I basically have to put both codes in the two files?

And by the way, is there any way that function of the codes would be like that of copy pasting functions? It doesn't need to recognize the file names or sheet names it just copies the cells on the clipboard and paste it immediately?

My objective was just to convert the copy-paste function we usually do but with buttons since the cells are multiple ranges...

    Re: Copy - Paste Button

My mistake, I didn't see the part about two different files, the code works for 2 different sheets.
