Count number of days between customer visits

I'm trying to calculate the number of days it's been since a customer visited last. Weekends and holidays count.

Example Spreadsheet:

Column A Column B
Name Date of Visit
Jane Doe Jan 1, 2016
John Doe Jan 7, 2016
Jane Doe April 8, 2016
John Doe July 1, 2016

My list is hundreds of rows long and new entries are automatically entered on the bottom of the list, so I need to carry this formula down all the time. So I need to know if Jane Doe has shopped before April 8, 2016, how many days ago was it? And I'd like the formula to give a result like "Over 45 days" or "Under 45 Days" if at all possible.

I just posted and it didn't appear so I'll try again. It won't let me add an attachment, but my data is super simple like listed above. New names and dates are added to the bottom, I just need to know if the new name has appeared before and if so, was it Over 45 Days or Under 45 Days?

Not quite. It's calculating the wrong number of days between visits for Jane Doe, it's supposed to be 98, but reads 42468. And the formula is only selecting some of the data, I need it to go all the way to the top because the entries could possibly be the very first and very last.
